The training took place on 4–7/9/2025 at the Classi Hotel with the participation of a number of female candidates from different parties in Erbil Governorate. The four-day program was structured as follows:

• Day 1: Trainer Hogar Cheto discussed the legal framework of elections.

• Day 2: Trainer Nazm Ahmed explained how to successfully manage election campaigns.

• Day 3: Trainer Asso Abdulwahab covered technology, focusing on self-protection in technology, and how to effectively use technology in election campaigns.

• Day 4: Trainer Khidr Domli focused on communication strategies, including how to use communication effectively and leverage it during election campaigns.
