Organize 4 advanced workshops for 18 female candidates covering campaign development, Legal Rights, public speaking, media engagement, , and personal safety. Sessions feature simulations, case studies, and mentorship by experienced leaders. The workshops were held in Classy Hotel -Erbil Governorate, Unfortunately, 20 female candidates were supposed to participate in the sessions, but 18 candidates participated because the candidates of the New Generation Party, the Baray Gal Party, and the Islamic Union did not participate in the sessions.

On September 7, 2025, the fourth training session was held by the Trainer Khader Al-Domali, an expert in the field of media. During the training, the foundations and components of media appearance for female candidates were presented, as well as the steps for successful media appearance, the axes of the media strategy, a case study, the participation of female candidates in the training, and how to appear in the media without fear and hesitation.
