On 18/8/2025, as part of our organization’s activities within the project “Encouraging Women’s Participation in Elections”, implemented in cooperation with Women for Women International and supported by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) — a project that is part of NISAAM —
we conducted an awareness seminar for women in Choman District.

The aim of this activity was to raise women’s awareness about the importance of participating in elections and supporting female candidates.

On August 18, 2025, a workshop was held for 17 women in Choman District. The session focused on electoral rights, voting powers, the importance of civic engagement, and strategies for overcoming cultural barriers. Q&A sessions were also held to promote participation and understanding.
